Whether you're a mom, educator, extracurricular coach or teacher, this amazing three part series is designed to help you integrate grade level experiential lessons of mindfulness, and the science of the brain and nervous system, to make it a truly useful STEM experience.

Jennifer Monness is a 500 hr yoga teacher and mom of six stellar kids. She is the founder of Meditation Lab, a program that’s brought mindfulness and yoga to to increase focus, deepen concentration and regulate their emotions at over 30 public and private schools impacting over 15,000 students, teachers, coaches and administrators. Jen is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

Juna Bobby M.D. is a board certified physician and graduate of the NYU School of Medicine. She is mom to two amazing kids and she created "TopDownBrain™️ Digital STEM Course and SOAR Under Pressure Planners for K-12 as a culmination of almost 10 years of teaching the science of resilience to kids of all ages. She is the host of RxChillPill podcast and a faculty member at The Juilliard School pre-college division in Manhattan where she teaches a year-long course titled ‘The Science of Resilience’ to enhance performance and happiness in her gifted students' lives.
